Opportunities

INTERNSHIPS

The Contemporary offers accredited internship opportunities to graduate and undergraduate students in a variety of positions. Internships are typically available in different areas: Director’s Office, Development, Education, and Gallery. These internships offer valuable experience in the inner workings of a high-profile, non-profit organization. These internships are not paid, but each counts as 3-hour credit course under the classification of Internship or Practicum. Internships run eight weeks with a minimum of 10 hours a week.

The internship program at this time is hybrid, depending on the department. Internship opportunities will mostly be virtual, and project based.  For information about applying for an internship at the Contemporary, please contact us at hello@contemporarysa.org.
